The problem with the apartment is that we didn’t get value for money

They need to start off by cleaning their place

So basically I submitted a claim on their app but they said they didn’t receive my claim and I have to fill in some sort of form and submit my claim again. This was a tedious exercise

What about the user experience did you like/dislike the most?

The fact that I have to now print a separate document that I need to fill in and scan back to them

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

I think they need to make sure that customers can do everything on the app and not give customers extra admin
