Tell us about your experience with Discovery
Well, so they paid my medical practitioner half of what they were supposed to pay him, and the other half they sent it back to my account. This doesn't make sense, they were supposed to pay him the entire amount. Now I have to contact them and try to sort this out. This is going to be a very time-consuming tedious exercise.
What about your experience did you not like the most?
What I didn't like the most was the fact that medical practitioner had to phone me and tell me this and it seemed like now I'm a "dodgy" patient.
Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
They just need to pay attention to detail.
