Tell us about your experience with FNB
Well, I was applying for a credit card and they asked me for my ID copy. I mean I bank with them, they should have my copy on their system but they want me to submit it again😱😡🙄. So this makes me not to want to go through with the credit card application because of the admin that I need to go through!!
What about the user experience did you like/dislike the most?
The fact that they put me on hold for over 15 minutes just to tell me that I need to submit my ID again.
Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
They need to use the same documents for the same customer and not ask customers to submit paper work over and over again.
