Tell us about your experience with FNB

I just don't like their call center system. You hold on the line just to talk to someone who won't even help you. So essentially you've wasted 30 minutes of your time together with your airtime just to get off the phone feeling more frustrated. I hate their call center system.

What about the user experience did you like/dislike the most?

I just don't like the incompetent call center agents.

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

They need to train their call center agents or rather have a chatbot that will assist customers. This will save time, leaving customers satisfied.
