Tell us about your experience with Discovery

They keep on going back and forth with my claim. I've told them to pay my doctor but they're asking me questions that are irrelevant to the matter at hand. They're also not paying attention to the information I give them.

What about your experience did you like/dislike the most?

I don't like incompetency. I also don't like the fact that Discovery is expecting me to pay from my own pocket while I still have medical savings. That's unacceptable, they need to pay for all my daily visits to the doctor because that's what medical savings are for. They scam customers into not using all their medical savings so that they can be forfeited at the end of the year

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

They just need to allow customers to use their medical savings as they wish.
