Tell us about your experience with Garment Division
I purchased a garment on sale not realising that there is a no return policy on sale items. The person I purchased the garment for does not like it and requested that I return it for something else.I spoke to the area manager. The Area Manager Amith Singh was so rude and refused to do an exchange for something else. Customers need to be aware when shopping at these factory stores, we take it for granted that exchanges will be done like the chain stores. Sometimes it's not worth supporting these small stores, there are too many fine prints that we do not see.
