Tell us about your experience with Voga Bikini's
I placed an order on the 25th January 2018 and I paid money into the Voga Store account. Before I asked the owner of the company how long does the order take to arrive, she mentioned that it only takes 8-9 days. However, until today I haven't received my order. She decided to block me on her Whatsapp! My friend decided to Whatsapp to her but she never replied...On the 19th of February we complained on her company's Facebook page but she decided to block my friend and I. Someone else on Facebook gave me another number to use to get hold of her, she later responded saying that she will deal with the query... We called again on a Thursday and she said the factory is closed.!!!!! This was such a big surprise to me because I've never heard of a factory that closes on a Thursday...We still haven't heard from them.
What about your experience did you like/dislike the most?
At least they have to apologize and give us clarity.

Better communication skills will help!
