Tell us about your experience with Lekkerslaap

I booked accommodation via Lekkerslaap, whereby they provide a quoted price for the accommodation at the relevant date. I accepted the quote, only to find on arrival to pay an additional R 250.00 for cleaning services, I won't need.

What about your experience did you like/dislike the most?

When I raised the concern to Lekkerslaap, they took no responsibility for the quoted price and additional cost I had to incur. As per the consumer act, if I understand it correctly when quoted a price, this is the price you should pay?

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

Any associated cost should be highlighted to the consumer, in the quote, before, the consumer makes a booking with them
