Tell us about your experience with Cell C
I had 2 accounts and requested 18 months ago to cancel one that I was not using. I filled forms and was told to pay balance which I did. 6 months later I received a call from one of their telesales to get an upgrade which really annoyed me. I went to complain to have the matter resolved. I was told that my account will be credited with R2500. Guess what in Feb this month, a debit went through. I went again today 9th to try to resolve issues once and for all. Consultant phoned head office to query, after waiting for 30min she drops the phone and tell me she does not know how to explain to me what happened. I told her I am looking for an explanation to resolve this matter. She then tells me to phone toll free number for an explanation. I totally lost it!!!. What has happened to good service and solving problems? Can someone please help?
