Tell us about your experience with MiWay

You can cancel a policy on the app but it still requires the call center to action it 72 hours later over the phone

What about the user experience did you like/dislike the most?

Their exit process is a nightmare. You are given the option to cancel your policy your on the app, only to receive a message to tell you that someone will be in contact with you within 72 hours to action it... Last resort: call the call center -> wait a while. Automated system lets you log a call back. No one calls back (due to their 72 hour call back policy). You then call them back. Speak to someone who puts you through to retentions... wait a while... go back to consultant because retentions is too busy (but someone will contact you in 72 hours). Told to call back just before 5 when they are less busy. Eventually get through... cancel policy... debit order still goes off

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
