The app doesn't allow me to order a new card. Such a simple feature becomes extremely annoying when as a user I'm forced to go into a branch to get a new card.
What about the user experience did you like/dislike the most?
I don't see how this is a difficult feature to build into their app. Their app looks like a first version internal testing experiment.
Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
They can just do a simple competitor analysis. There are a host of other banking-app essential features that need not be detailed here.
