Tell us about your experience with Kulula.com

My daughter has flown the last three trips to Gauteng with them and on whole three trips, the flights were delayed. No communication was sent to passengers. On Sunday departure was supposed to have been at 21h30 ex Oliver Tambo for Durban, flight only departed at 23h10. This caused inconvenience to us as we had to fetch her at the airport. The plane only arrived at midnight and we were at home only at 01h00 in Montclair. daughter and I had to get up at 05h00 for work. On all three occasions she was not even compensated and no apologies.

What about the user experience did you like/dislike the most?

No communication and it seems that the last three trips this has become a norm.

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

Close down the airline.
