Bad experience, I contracted for a comprehensive car insurance and they decided to cover me for hail & storm. I was not aware for over 24 months when I realized this in January 2018, I challenged them & they acknowledged their fault, but, they refuse to give my money back. They are so unprofessional.
What about the user experience did you like/dislike the most?
Their interaction with me in trying to resolve my matter, their employees are sly, not all of them.i could name the bad ones I interacted with.
Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
They must respect their client, acknowledge that the client is paying for a service that is due to them, and they have to render the service to the client's satisfaction.
