Tell us about your experience

We applied for our passports, stood in long que's since 6.00am the morning, now we are waiting for our passport, 3 weeks already, there answer after many phone calls, their printing machines doesn't work, a delay in passports, my ticket is booked for 1st May 2018 and all they say is phone again, there is nothing that we can do. Surely there must be, we pay over R500 for the issue of a passport and now we have to cancel our flight plans, hello South Africa are u so behind other countries, no solutions. The queues that we have to stand in and the poor service, we pay their salaries with our tax monies...... Where can we find someone to help us in this poor system that our country has???
