I reported my street light that is not working on the 2 of February up until now they are still not fixed. Every day I am told it is escalated.

What about the user experience did you like/dislike the most?

Dislike them because of the bad service

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

They must follow up the complain and give feedback immediately
