I don't usually rant or post negative comments but I ordered Valentine's day gift for my wife from Net Florist. I would normally go out and shop myself but I have been in the hospital and this was the best way to guarantee a surprise. Well, the surprise was my order was never delivered even after I phoned and it was confirmed that the delivery was on its way. We did not leave the house so it would have been impossible to have missed the driver.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?
Anyway long story short I'd like to thank Net Florist for ruining a perfectly good Valentines day and I'd like to inform you that you have now lost my business and that of my company.
Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
