I bought a zingo scooter from Sportsman warehouse and it has a problem the chain falls every time and I told them and they didn't care they said we will send it to an assessment i took it and they took it for like 3 weeks and then i came back and then i still had that problem and i fought with them and they gave me a new scooter i started to give me stil problems i told them she said i will take it to another assesment but i did not let it has been for 5 assesments alerady
What about the user experience did you like/dislike the most?
the manager must act better to the customer
