Tell us about your experience

I joined Gym 2016 and I only got an SMS Monday saying that I'm owing them a few that was unpaid in 2016.I never got an SMS notifying me of that and they told me that even in Jan this year. What kind of service is that? I called them using my airtime wanting to understand what is going on the lady who was assisting was so impatient wanting me to understand even though I don't understand. Secondly, she told to stop talking and listen to her with an aggressive voice. Thirdly when I told her that I'm not happy and I think I want to cancel this contract. She told me it doesn't matter if I want I can do that. My argument is they were able to double deduct last year when there was a fee that was not paid but now they are telling me that they have been doing their books manually. While we were busy talking she just hang up the phone.

What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?

Incompetent staff, people who don't know what they are doing, they think they are running spaza shop and their systems are backward. They don't even weigh scale and it's been a month it's like that, we are talking about a big gym.

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

They must employ people with competency and also people who love what they are doing not doing it for money
