I opened lawyers with them in February.. they deducted 3 monthly premiums. and I was told that I will receive my membership card and documents 3-5 business days I waited and did a follow-up. I was advised that I will receive the documents on the 23rd of April. I waited and sent an email that I will close this policy if I don't receive the documents.

What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?

yesterday they called me I was unable to answer the call. the next thing I got an email that my policy has been closed. I need these matter to be sorted I want my money back I am involving ombudsman.

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

I want who canceled my policy to be punished and I want my money back.
