I cancelled a contract with Cell C, 3 months ago and I am still being it debited. Though I have received an SMS stating my contract has been moved to prepaid. My other contract which I signed with Cell C is now increased and the call centre guy who helped says this is the amount but the amount that gets out off my account is much more.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?
What I disliked was the guy at the call centre, who could not correct it and I had to call another number and go through the entire process. It was as frustrating as the previous experience; the supervisor doesn't know how to train its staff...
Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
Get their supervisor to return calls and rectify their errors immediately and put my money back in my account as I have other payments to sort out.
