I purchased R110.00 Vodacom prepaid airtime at Pep Stores on 27 December 2017. I tried to recharge my phone on 8 January 2018. This is the message I received: 
THIS VOUCHER HAS ALREADY BEEN USED FOR A RECHARGE. PLEASE RETURN TO DEALER. I was not recharged with the amount of R110.00 Pep Stores said is Vodacom and Vodacom said no Pep must help me. Up to today neither has helped me.

What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?

No company want to be liable for my loss.

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

They need to give me R110.00 airtime.That is what I paid for.
