Tell us about your experience

Bought speakers for my laptop from them and took it back because there was a problem with the one speaker. Apparently, you need to wait for the technician to look into this matter. I left all my details with the slip and speakers and waited. Two weeks passed, no reply. I went back there and again they promised to phone back with a result. Still nothing! After 3 weeks I went back there and asked for a refund. What an attitude but eventually I got my money back. Their service and attitude stink and most of the time they work there but have NO clue what is going on!!!!
