On the 9th April 2018 house was vandalised, 14th April 2018 assessor Ditiro Ramogayane came to asses the damage, on the 24th April 2018 he confirmed that he has received all relevant documents and the claims department will meet on the 26th April 2018. Today being the 2nd May 2018 I have found out that nothing has happened and documents have not been handed over to Leon Gouws to take action. This is not the 1st time OUTSURANCE, this is disgusting poor service, I will never recommend that people do business with you. OUTSURANCE is not the cheapest on the block as far as insurance goes, but your service most defintly is.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?
Every thing, not one thing has been handled properly, poor poor poor and disgusting service.

WORK FASTER, THAT IS WHAT WE PAY FOR.
