I bought furniture from them. My agreement with them was, star payment 18th December 2014 last payment 18th December 2017. Payment was on debit order. They indeed debit my account with R719.00 on the 16 December 2017. Which was my last payment according to our agreement. Much to my surprise three months later after they actually stop debiting my account they started again end of March 2018. I reversed that payment with my bank. Brad lows sent the claim to debit collector for retrieval of R1539.00 from me, and this is the furniture shop that I never miss 1 peyment ever, during the duration of my agreement with them.

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
They should call a person first to understand his story before involving debtor collector.
