A call centre contacts me to with info that my contract is going to cost me R89 a month and not R100. In 2 weeks time, I receive a sim card from MTN. When I contact them they in told me that was an upgrade for another 2 years. That was not what I want. I urgently want to cancel that telephonic contract because they did not give me the right info. I am very disappointed in MTN. For all the years I was under the impression that you can upgrade a contract but not downgrade.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?
