They refuse to pay the Drs that operated on me on the 30th of November 2017. They do not acknowledge any communication from the Doctors request for payment.

What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?

They do not answer any requests regarding why they do not pay the Doctors accounts after we were trying to communicate with them for 5 months.

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

Get another organisation that can be more professional and open when dealing with clients.
