Tell us about your experience

I ordered comforter's which arrived and was not what i ordered , I talked them and they notified me to send the parcel back via Post Office which i did...I sent it back on 23 December 2017, gave them parcel number and all they requested of me..5 months later I'm listed on ITC for something i don't owe ,i call them daily and they have failed to assist me ..

What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?

They are very unprofessional and fail to assist clients with anything

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

They must just close off, they ruin people's life's
