My Samsung J5 Prime cellphone was lost/stolen in Rustenburg on the13th April. I immediately replaced it with a new phone same model. After returning from holiday I went to a Vodacom agency in Somerset West to arrange for the blacklisting of the lost/stolen phone. The appropriate serial numbers ofthephone was fed into system by the agent.That was on 26 April 2018. To my surprise I had to find out yesterday(2 May) that Vodacom had blacklsted my new phone. I had to fill out a new form to request the unblacklisting of my phone, had to present proof of purchase and was told that it would take up to 48 hours to have the use of my phone again. Now I have to suffer this inconvenience due to the incompetency of vodacoms staff.
