Tell us about your experience

Over the past 3 years I have bought several MX6 and MX8 Zodiac pool cleaners but had major issues with all of them in that the Rubber tracks continuously climbed of the wheels.

Then zodiac launched the new MX8 Elite… saying they have resolved their problem.

On the 4th of Feb 2018 I bought the new MX8 Elite at Makro – Slip attached.

Within 2x weeks the rubber tracks again climbed of the wheels. On the 6th of March I contacted Zodiac to come and look at the issue.

They reported back that they have replaced the tracks and that my pools PA Levels are high.

So I contacted mr Rheeder who agreed with me that the PH levels in the water couldn’t affect the NEW Rubber tracks in 3 – 4 weeks.

Then on the 7th of April 18 it started doing the same thing…. Rubber tracks coming of the wheels. I reported it on the 7th to Zodiac.

Now zodiac is saying that the issue with the pool cleaner is the PH level in the pool. If this is the case do they warn the public of this … to the extent that a pool cleaner can go faulty within weeks?

I doubt.

So before I go public on this I want to offer Zodiac a chance to refund me.

I have attached some of the previous communication with Zodiac in mail format.

And by the way Mr Rheeder denies ever talking to me… how disappointing.
