I ordered food yet again for delivery and trust me I understand they are busy so I confirmed with the lady on the other line how long do u guys estimate , I was told 45 minutes , my food was delivered 1 hour 30 minutes later, cold and the exact opposite of what I was told, after trying like 10 times to contact the steers branch, transferred from one consultant to eventually the manager, I was told they have one driver who is busy delivering 11 other orders . My ribs were burnt no extra salt which I specifically asked for. AND guess what when the driver eventually gets there, he explains he was almost violently attacked by a previous family he delivered because they promised he would be there a certain time, I find it utterly disgusting that they have one driver for such a busy night, Is such a huge franchise trying to cut cost. AND when you call, all they say is Sorry, service is key, and this is something they clearly don't have.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?:
They over promised and undelivered, they have the audacity to blame the driver , this from the manager.

THEY SHOULD CLOSE AS THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS
