Tell us about your experience
We ordered food on the 16th June and it didn't arrive. We called the driver but his phone was off. We called the Uber Eats office and they replied saying they will assist. It's now the 26th June and we still didn't get the refund, which is pathetic. Such a big company cannot pay R140 and they're busy giving us the runaround for 10 days.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?
The fact that they claim they've paid the refund and they didn't pay anything.
Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
They just need to refund people immediately when there's a situation like this. They're quick to take your money but when they have to return it they take forever!!!!!!!
