TOOK OUT AN ONLINE CONTRACT FOR A LTE DEVICE. THE COURIER DIT NOT COLLECT THE FICA DOCUMENTS AND NOW THERE CAN BE NO CONNECTION. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT THERE IS CLEARLY NO AFTER SALES ASSISTANCE WHAT SO EVER. ITS LIKE YOU HAVE THE DEVICE AND NO ONE CARES IF YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM. EVEN THE TELKOM STORE SAYS, ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND SEEMS THE WHOLE OF TELKOM THINKS THIS DOESNT CONCERN THEM IN ANY WAY. I AM GOING TO PUT A STOP ON THE DEBIT ORDER AND REPORT THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN. MY ADVICE IS TO NEVER EVER TO AN ONLINE PURCHASE. ITS A HUGE BIG RIPOFF

 DON'T THINK THEY CARE ENOUGH TO CHANGE ANYTHING
