I bought items online and some of them did not fit me, so I took them back to a store to exchange, the items I got were now R50 cheaper so I asked for a refund. They told me about policies and procedures and everything, which loosely translated meant you ain't getting your money back. They then suggested that I get another item or buy airtime. I told them I didn't want any of these... Eventually, I was worn out and settled on a voucher.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?
Why can't they just give me my money back, it was less than 7 days since the purchase
