After seven weeks of waiting for my motor vehicle claim to be settled and numerous times on their behalf of not responding to my emails, they rejected my claim based on what?
After submitting my claim I was told that a consultant would contact me which only happened five days later.
I was also told to buy a consultant that it would not take longer than a week
I then received a call from telesure on behalf of budget and had to wait for them to receive my medical file and that took then about four to five weeks.
I was told by the loss adjuster for telesure that once they received the file it would speed up the claim only to be told by her manager that it would take a couple of days more due to damage to the vehicle and that according to them I was speeding.
Not a true statement and pathetic on their behalf.
I have proof of numerous emails send and no response.
Shocking budget insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!
