Booked a bus ticket at Checkers from Port Shepstone to Easter Cape
Bus was cancelled and we were not notified.
Tried calling the call centre,,,,what a mission to get thru.
Eventuaally got thru...no one aware the cancellation..tried to escalate to the supervisor ,,but he doesnt want to take the call or return the call..
Tried to get a refund...no one answers 4 tel nos,,,
Disgusting Service...Shame on Them.
