Booked a bus ticket at Checkers from Port Shepstone to Easter Cape
Bus was cancelled and we were not notified.
Tried calling the call centre,,,,what a mission to get thru.
Eventuaally got one aware the cancellation..tried to escalate to the supervisor ,,but he doesnt want to take the call or return the call..
Tried to get a one answers 4 tel nos,,,
Disgusting Service...Shame on Them.

No communication to the passengers..
