I Joined Discovery on the 1 May. They never deduct money from my account. On the 1 June 2018, the took double payment. When I phoned them they said they made the mistake but it's not their problem so now I am sitting without money for the whole month and they just did care

What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?

They said its not there problem event after they said it was a mistake from there site

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

Don't tell me you made the mistake but its not your problem
