I purchase shoes from Donna, I fitted them in the shop and they were fitting well. That evening when wore them after a few hours I felt that the show is hurting me. I return it back to the shop and it still waiting for feedback management.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?
That the shop did not take any ownership, I went back to the shop and was told that the manager is on lunch. I left a message for the call me, she never called me.
Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
They should listen to the client and the relation that you have with the shop
