Tell us about your experience

My daughter Stacey Clarke passed away on the 8/4/2018. Finchoice has contacted me for a death certificate and a copy of her ID. I sent it to them. They came back to me advising it was not certified. I sent them the certified copies as requested. They not checking their emails or they just don’t care I have spoken to one of the managers who promised me he will follow up and personally to get back to me to have the issue resolved. Nothing was done. The call center phoned me up to 10 times a day but no one is checking their email to try and resolve the matter. They preferer to traumatize me everyday. Is there anyway you can assist in resolving the matter. Thank you very much

I just want them to do their work properly and look at their emails
