Tell us about your experience

I placed an order at 12:53 and I was promised my order will be in my hands at 13:40. now it's 14:33 and no order in my hands so I decided to call the call centre again which directs me to option 2 for order queries, guess what, it just rings.I then phoned and chose option 1 where I was assisted by Ayanda Mbongo who said I must hold and she will try to call option 2 for and she came back and said no response and I advised her to try again and I will hold, surprise!!! she hung up on me.

I'm still waiting for the order from Gandhi square while I'm sitting at Commissioner street, I don't know if I'd forgotten or it just the call centre option 2 being useless in this regard.

I want some sort of a response regarding this because as I'm typing I'm hoping to receive a call to say I must come to pick up my order......

What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?

The fact that I'm been hanged upon and waiting for long, I could have opted for something else but being a customer I chose to wait for that 2 hours now.

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

The Call centre option 2 needs some hiring done
