I posted my parcels from Wendywood Post Office to Welkom on the 28th May 2018. I was advised that they will be picked up on the 29th by their drivers. as per the lady in Wendywood, the parcels would take 3 to 5 working days to arrive at the mentioned destination. I called these people on Friday the 02nd June to track and trace the parcels and I was told that the system is not working in Wendywood. Saturday morning i drove from Auckland Park to Wendywood to go collect these parcels because these parcels were now urgent and i needed to take them to Welkom myself. as i arrived at Wendywood Post office, i was advised that their systems are still offline. i had to google for myself the Welkom Post office number, i was told that the parcels were intransit and that the parcels will be in Welkom most probably on the Monday the 04th. It is now the 06th June, 8 working days later, and still the parcels are not received in Welkom.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?
No proper information giving- Tracking of Parcels
-Lack of customer service- to arrive at the branch and be told that their system is off and no means of them tracking telephonically for me
-Committing to delivering at a specific time and still failing to do so
