I need to reset a pin number on my mobile phone and no one can help me. Does not even accept a PUK number.

What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?

Searching for the correct number to phone. Cannot access anything from my mobile number because this morning it decided it needed a password.

Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?

Answer the phone and ask what the client wants.
