I rented a bakkie with them on the 16th March and brought it back to them on the 20th March and everything was in order, and they confirmed. they said I would get back my refundable deposit in 14 days from the 20th of March. Until now my 3000 is not yet refunded, they always telling me stories when I phone them to ask about my money.
I need help on how to get my money back because I need my money, I can't just let them take my money just like that.
What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?
I didn't like their service an all, I would not recommend their service to anyone else.
Do you have any suggestions on how they can improve?
