Whirlpool Technician Bongani from Rustenburg gave us a bad service by incomplete job on my Fridge at Ledig. He since attended the Fridge in December 2017 and told me there is a sensor missing and he will sort out in January since then he does not pickup our calls. Please assist I am unable to use my Fridge

What about the experience did you like/dislike the most?

The Technician is unreliable he is not taking our calls and he once promised to come to my house We waited and he never arrived.
